Join us for the inaugural KARTFEST, a collaboration between Ontario’s two largest karting programs.
KARTFEST is the result of TYCO Promotions (operators of BSC Ontario and RMC Ontario) partnering with Goodwood Kartways to bring the karting community together for one incredible weekend of racing. Taking place August 6–9 at Hamilton Karting Complex, KARTFEST combines the best of the KartStars National Championship, Constructors Cup and premier Briggs & Stratton, ROK and Rotax competition into one unforgettable festival.
With Briggs & Stratton, ROK and Rotax classes all competing, racers will battle for thousands of dollars in prizes, the legendary Bear Trophies and enjoy an action-packed weekend filled with qualifying, heats, super heats, finals and incredible amounts of track time.

Two Ways to Win a Legendary Bear Trophy
The legendary Bear Trophy has become one of the most coveted awards in Canadian karting, and KARTFEST offers competitors two opportunities to take one home.
- Friday Night KartStars Shootout
Beginning Friday at 5:00 PM, KartStars Cadet, KartStars Junior and KartStars Senior drivers will race under the lights for the prestigious Bear Trophies in one of the most exciting events of the weekend. - Briggs Weekend Championship
Briggs & Stratton competitors have a second opportunity to earn a Bear Trophy. Rather than being awarded for a single race, the Bear Trophy will be presented to the driver in each class who accumulates the most championship points across both Saturday and Sunday competition, rewarding consistency throughout the entire weekend.

Friday Night KartStars Shootout
Starts at 5:00 PM Friday. KartStars Cadet, Junior and Senior compete under the lights for Bear Trophies. Friday evening also includes qualifying for all 2-cycle classes.
Entry Fee: $80
Briggs & Stratton Double Header
Saturday and Sunday each feature Warm-Up, Qualifying, Pre-Final and Final. Drivers compete each day for generous BSC Ontario prizes, while Bear Trophy winners are determined by cumulative points earned over both days.
Entry Fee: $150 per day.
2-Cycle Classes (ROK & Rotax)
Friday: Qualifying
Saturday: Warm-Up and Heat Racing
Sunday: Warm-Up, Super Heat and Finals
Entry Fee: $315 for the event.
Race Tire Information
To ensure a level playing field, all ROK and Rotax competitors must purchase one set of race tires from Canadian Mini Indy for the event. Briggs & Stratton competitors may use their own used tires; however, any new tires used during the weekend must also be purchased through Canadian Mini Indy.
Giveaways & Prizes
Every competitor has the opportunity to receive exclusive KARTFEST merchandise, including KARTFEST T-Shirts and Bucket Hats. In addition, the first 125 registered BSC Ontario competitors will receive exclusive BSC Ontario socks.
The Perfect Warm-Up for Canadian Karting Championships
With the Canadian Karting Championships taking place immediately after KARTFEST at Hamilton Karting Complex, drivers can maximize track time, fine-tune their equipment and compete against many of Canada’s top racers before the national championships begin.
